To resolve this issue, please try to follow below steps:
1.Open CMD command and run Tracert IP address command to check on which hop the traffic stopped.
2.Open Windows Firewall -> “Advanced settings” -> “Inbound Rules” in the left pane, create a rule to allow access to the port 443.
