My new Office 2021 Home and Business will not load on my new PC, Now I'm unable to write a word document, I had Office 2019 on my old PC that migrated but when I installed the new Office 2021 it only shows the old version and prompts me to buy 365. Why would I spend $250 for a standalone version only to have to pay again to use it. HELP!!!!!!!! Trying to get help fro Microsoft is impossible.
