Messages in a specific format cannot be viewed in the activity tab
Hello, I am a user operating NMS software called OpManager.
Currently, I have integrated OpManager with Teams through the Third Party Integration feature of OpManager.
We have set that device fault alarms generated in OpManager are sent to a Teams channel, and the messages are successfully delivered to the Teams channel.
However, the issue is that these alarms cannot be seen in the Activity tab.
Messages sent using the webhook connector can be seen in the Activity feed, but messages received from the integration of OpManager with Teams through the Third Party Integration feature cannot be seen in the Activity feed.
On closer inspection, there is a difference in the format between messages that can be seen in the Activity feed and those that cannot.
Is there a way to check messages in the activity tab in any format?
