IPAD is showing Onedrive Subscription Expired

Question

Dear Community,

There is a user who uses an IPAD & his onedrive shows the subscription has expired. It goes away If you click on account & do some thing like signout etc. Then after some time it starts re-appearing again.

His Onedrive is working fine on rest of the devices. It is just this particluar ipad that is having this problem.

We have purchased office 365 licenses & theer is no problem in terms of licesisng.

Could it be some bug & if yes than is there a solution that any know knows about?

Please guide me.
