Outlook - "Message failed to send" Emails stuck in outbox

Hi,

We have few Users who are using MAC OS in which they are having issues replying to emails - Not all, just some emails, only when replying - What's going on is, whenever they try to reply to the email, they get an error "Message failed to send" and the email will be sitting in Outbox folder.

Issue started since yesterday. We have no rules or policies that affects this and it happens randomly to any recipients.

What is your Outlook client version? Make sure to update to the latest version.

Are there any similarities between stranded emails?

Can you provide a screenshot of the error? (For your privacy, please hide your personal information)

Please provide Email protocol (Exchange or IMAP/SMTP).
Please check message header on original email which fail to reply.
check if create new email with same email address able to send out.
