TestConnection for Scim Proisioning does not work

Hello,
I have a tenant which I want to provision to using Azure.
But when I am trying to connect it, it fails and I receive the following message: User's image

The received resource is empty, which I find weird, because it used to work a couple of days ago and it still works when I am calling the tenant using Postman.
This means that my TenantUrl And Secret Token must be correct
This is my User Attribute mapping but I dont really know what other information could be useful

The last time everything worked as intended was 18.07.2024 14:52
No changes have been made to my webservice during that time

The error message points to something being incorrect in either the JSON syntax or the attributes returned in the response. Can you post the body of the HTTP response to a query like this one?

GET <baseUrl>/Users?filter=userName eq "TestValueThatDoesNotExist"

For the Get Request that you described my webservice returns the following response

I have also tried returning "Resources" as "resources" but to no avail.

I don't see anything that stands out to me as being the cause of your issue. I'd suggest opening a support ticket from the Azure/Entra portal.
