Dear Microsoft stuff,
Since I had no chance to sign in to my Microsoft accaunt with the account that my issue is about, I try to reach for help with my personal account.
My phone broke, and I don’t have a chance to pass my account from my last phone to the new one. Also my email is blocked since I have tried to enter the account too many times. I do not know what to do, and I am in a hurry to sing in for the semester.
Could you possibly help me with this issue?
