Random .doc created on desktop

I found that certain things on windows look.. odd. like the secret S-1-5-XXX accounts that are used for updates.

and recently they decided to creaty .docs on my desktop which i try to get rid of since i want a clean screen for asthaetic reasons... is that possible?

Is the file shown as hidden?

Try to check the issue in clean boot environment.

How to perform a clean boot in Windows - Microsoft Support

Try to audit the desktop so that we could capture the process who created the file. It is applied to client version, too.

The file was not hidden, and clean boot did not do anything except for giving me an idea how to improve my start up time... thanks?

I could not see what/who created the file- it said my email account.

i shuffled around the permissions and moved it but on the next start up a new file with same name got created "BstShm_5.21.219.1001_nxt"
