how can I change wallpaper only for an user?

In our company the wallpapaer is changed monthly using Company branding section, and it applies for all users. I nee to put another one only to one user and I do not know how can I do it.

We do not have OU in order to change the user to another one.

To change the wallpaper for a specific user, you can use Group Policy to apply a different wallpaper to that user. Here are the 10 steps to do so:

1. Open the Group Policy Management Console.
2. Create a new Group Policy Object (GPO) and give it a name.
3. Right-click the new GPO and select Edit.
4. In the Group Policy Management Editor, navigate to User Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Desktop > Desktop.
5. Double-click the "Desktop Wallpaper" policy.
6. Select the "Enabled" option.
7. In the "Wallpaper Name" field, enter the path to the wallpaper you want to use for the specific user.
