Getting "check your location" error on CSV for Bulk Sharepoint File Migration

Hi,

I have tested using the Sharepoint Migration Tool for uploading our student onprem file shares to OneDrive. Everything works when I do a bulk operation with my test users, but when I try to upload the full list of students, I am getting the error "check your location on line X...".

Here is a screenshot of my CSV which errors out. I have double checked the student usernames and their OneDrives, all seems to be setup correctly.

Is there any way of getting more details on what is wrong with the X line?
