Very bad grammar on Microsoft Learn

I was wondering why there is so much bad grammar on Microsoft Learn? For example, in the section on "Authorization" linked below, the quote reads: "Authorization is all about giving access to a verified identity, what they should have access to. The tracking and enforcing that access and usage."

There are so many things wrong with that. In the age of AI, I wonder why Microsoft can't use AI to proofread all their Microsoft Learn modules?
