Please i need your help on this issue.
We need help recovering deleted emails from a user. The deleted emails are not in the deleted items folder and have been deleted from Outlook. We would like the emails delivered in a separate file.
Is it possible.

We did find some emails in recover deleted emails, but we think there are more. In deleted items we can see many files deleted on July 5_th_.

According to your description, you see emails in the Deleted folder that have been deleted for more than 14 days and you want to recover emails that have been deleted for a longer period of time. That's because the default retention time of deleted emails is 14 days, but the maximum retention time is 30 days.
You can query the retention time of your current emails in PowerShell with the following command.
If you need to change the retention time and want to recover emails that have exceeded the retention time, please refer to the following text.
