Hi Karina Diaz - Quality Control,

Thank you for posting in the Q&A Forums.

    1. Check for software updates and versions

    Step:

Verify that your planner software has been updated to the latest version. Software updates may fix known synchronization issues or introduce new features.

Visit the official website or app store of the planner software to check if an update is available.

    Cause:

Outdated software versions may contain known bugs, including problems with synchronization features.

    1. Check account permissions and settings

    Steps:

Confirm whether your account has enough permissions to perform synchronization operations.

Check the settings of the planner software, especially the options related to synchronization, to ensure that they are configured correctly.

    Cause:

Insufficient permissions or incorrect settings may cause synchronization options to be invisible or unavailable.

    1. Restart the Planner software

    Steps:

Try to shut down the Planner software completely and then restart it.

    Cause:

Sometimes a simple restart can solve temporary software problems.

    1. Clear cache and temporary files

    Steps:

Clear the cache and temporary files of the planner software. This can usually be found in the settings or options of the software.

If the software doesn't provide an option to clear the cache, you can try to use a system tool (such as Windows' Disk Cleanup utility) to clean up the relevant files.

    Cause:

Cache and temporary files may cause the software to run slowly or behave strangely, including the disappearance of synchronization options.

    1. Check the network connection

    Steps:

Make sure your device is connected to the Internet and that the network connection is stable.

Try using another network (such as switching to a mobile hotspot) to see if the problem persists.

    Cause:

The synchronization feature requires a stable network connection to work properly. If the network connection is unstable or interrupted, the sync option may be affected.

    Best regards

    NeuviJ
