How to proceed open app windows 11

I am unable to access the sales sandbox for the training exercise. Its tells me that I am not a member of the organization. Please advise. This question is related to the following Learning Module

    • Sometimes, old login data can interfere with accessing new environments.
    • If the issue persists, try accessing the sandbox from a different web browser.
    • Contact Administrator, he may need to manually add you to the sandbox organization or resolve permission issues.
