How do I login again?

So recently my friend had to get a new phone but didn't transfer his things over and already factory reset his old phone so he couldn't login with the authenticator app anymore because he forgot his backup codes. Is there any way to retrieve them or login a different way?

There is no way to recover the keys. If you need to log in, please contact your IT administrator to either reset your password or assign you a TAP (Temporary Access Pass) and re-register your security information at account.microsoft.com.
