Hello Support

Exchange 2016(C18)

We have more clients 35 Numbers. So created Shared Mailbox. But unable to delegate 35Mailbox in Outlook facing connectivity issue in Outlook

So we have enabled forwarding which i receive mails from 35 No of Shared Mailbox. to One User CAL Mailbox with folder 35 Numbers created with Client Name
So created Rule in CAL Mailbox, When Mail Sent Mails A@tommy .com. it should move to Correct Folder (A)

it is working fine.

But when i receive BCC Mails, it is not moving to correct Folder. it is received in Inbox

How to fix this issue. Now we don;t know which BCC mails related to which Folders?

    Hi @SathishkumarSingh-4967

Yes I agree with Andy, there is no direct way to set rules based on the BCC field.

Since in keeping with the privacy intended by blind copies, BCC is regarded as an envelope property rather than a message property. Accordingly, the corresponding header field and its contents are removed when the message is delivered, and you should always expect the BCC property to be empty on a received message.

Please try the workaround provided above to resolve your issue like creating outlook rules:

Apply this rule after the message arrives
where my name in not in the To Box
    move it to [folderOfYourChoice] folder
except where my name is in the Cc box

The problem there of course is that BCC doesnt show the recipient by design :)

Try these options. Its not perfect, but should work most of the time:
