Fail to log in Onedrive using Authenticator apps

Question

I changed a new iPhone and removed the account in the Authenticator app in the old phone and not able to add this account in my new iPhone. Since this is the account is my own business account and i am the only admin. I tried to recover it through microsoft, but it still failed

I downloaded the Authenticator app in the new iphone. But when i tried to add the account, it needs verification from Authenticator app… i already removed the account in my old phone….

since it’s a business account with domain different from hotmail.com etc, so i can’t recovery it in the link from microsoft support website. And since i am the only admin for this business account, i don’t hv the admin log in… so now a not stuck

Please tell me know what part of adding the Microsoft Authenticator app has failed. Are you locked out of your account?

If you still somehow have access to the admin portal, you can enable the Temporary Access Pass authentication method and assign yourself one to pass any MFA prompts on your way to registering your authenticator app in the security info section at account.microsoft.com
