It seems like you are facing an issue while connecting to Azure Databricks workspace. This indicates that the service is temporarily unavailable or overloaded.
As per the Azure Databricks Status Page there was service disruption in the UAE North region.
Between 07:45 UTC and 10:00 UTC July 30, 2024, customers may have experienced elevated latency and intermittent failures when interacting with the workspace user interface. The incident is now closed.
