- Copy and Paste Method:
- Open the Microsoft Teams app.
- Navigate to the chat you want to export.
- Scroll through the chat history to load all the messages you want to save. - Click and drag your cursor to highlight the text you want to copy.

- Navigate to "Content Search" under the "Solutions" section.
- Create a new search query to find the specific Teams chats.
- Once the search completes, you can export the results to a ZIP file.
