    Hi there Deepanshukatara-6769

    Thanks for using QandA platform

To add to deepanshu response, i believe if the account is disabled you need the subscription id etc to know why and what happened exactly, I suggest you to raise a support req and the team will work with you to resolve this, find the link below.

Hi , Welcome to MS Q&A

To address this error message, you may need to check the public access settings for your storage account. If public access is disabled for the storage account, changing the public access level for a container is not permitted. You can refer to the following documentation for detailed steps on how to enable or disable public access at the storage account level: How to enable/disable Public Access at the storage account level Additionally, if you are still unable to resolve the issue after checking the public access settings, it's recommended to verify that you have the necessary permissions to obtain the keys for your storage account. You can confirm this by accessing the portal and locating your storage account. If you don't have permissions to view keys, you'll see a "You don't have access" message. In such cases, you can obtain either an account name and key or an account shared access signature and use it to attach the storage account. I hope this information helps you in resolving the error message and accessing your blob storage successfully. If you have any further questions or encounter any other issues, feel free to reach out for assistance.
