No one will offer any support unless I am logged in. This is a catch 22 because I can't log in in the first instance.
I suspect the issue is the product of some directory movement in Azure and logins getting mixed up, i'm not entirely sure. I should specify that I can access Azure fine but not Office / 365 as I use a different email for both.
Phone support requires your number to be associated with the account and it is not. I am a small business with only 5 users and little usage so it is likely not set up exactly as Microsoft needs.
If anyone has a connect with a support agent or direct phone number it would be gratefully appreciated.
