how to convert *mdb file to *exe.?

Hello, 

I browsed different websites looking for a solution regarding the conversion of an access file but I didn't find it.
My question is if it is possible to convert a file with *.mdb extension to obtain an executable *.exe file?

    file with *.mdb extension to obtain an executable *.exe file?

    A MDB is a very old MS Access database file, you can not "convert" it to an executable = EXE.

    You have to write an application to get an executable.
