When will version 23-10-31 or later be released more generally?

Currently, the newest version of Doc AI that UK South has access to is 2023-07-31. Newer versions have been released that have functionality that my team would find very useful.

When will the newer versions, such as 23-10-31 and 2024-02-29 be released to UK South or become generally available?
