Every day my PC (Win10 Pro) changes regional format data

As per the title, every morning my PC has reverted to "standard" US regional settings, every morning I reset to the settings I want. Cycle repeats every day. I can't find anything obvious in the event logs. I've set a local security policy to prevent changes, it had no effect.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Is your issue about changing the regional format data at a specified time every morning? I suggest that you open the computer in clean mode during the time period when the regional format data is changed to check whether it is affected by third-party software. However, in order to more conveniently troubleshoot the problem, I suggest that you carefully check the relevant logs about Kernel-General in the event log during that time period.
