Hi @Ivan B
Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
As long as you have MS Authenticator app, and setup an Entra ID account on the device whether it's on Authenticator App or perhaps Office, the device is automatically registered with Entra.
Deleting a Microsoft Entra registered device in Microsoft Entra ID does not remove registration on the client. It will only prevent access to resources using device as an identity (such as Conditional Access).
If you won't use Authenticator on that device anymore, (or any other Microsoft App) you can remove the account on Authenticator and also delete the device on Entra.
This document has more information on how to manage stale devices on Entra just as a reference: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/devices/manage-stale-devices
Thanks,
Fabio
