Is it possible to move VM to another region and subscription?

This year we migrated some VMs to a subscription that only works in Brazil. Now we have a subscription for the new region Mexico Central.

Is it possible to move those VMs to Mexico on the new subscription?

Or maybe replicate those VMs to Mexico?

Any ideas on how to do it?

Thanks for your help!
