Desktop shortcut icon disappear after a few minute - Remote Desktop Client

Hi guys,
Our team has some weird issues with the desktop shortcut disappearing after 20-30 minutes or disconnecting the remote session. I have tried pin and creating a shortcut again but we can't keep it alive.
Any idea how to fix it? Please advise.
App that we use: Remote Desktop clients for Azure Virtual Desktop.

What do you mean by this statement "the desktop shortcut disappearing"? Which app are you using? Where did you create a shortcut for what?

Check the network connection:
Ensure that the network connection from the client device to the Azure virtual desktop is stable and has sufficient bandwidth.
Check for any network policies or firewall settings that might block or restrict communication for remote desktop protocols such as RDP.
Update the remote desktop client:
Make sure that you are using the latest version of the remote desktop client. Older versions of the client may contain unfixed bugs or not support certain features of the current Azure Virtual Desktop.
Check the Azure Virtual Desktop configuration:
Log in to the Azure portal and check the configuration of the virtual desktops and virtual machines.
Verify that the virtual machine is not overused or limited due to resource constraints (e.g., CPU, memory, disk I/O).
Check if there are any updates or maintenance tasks scheduled to run, which may affect the performance of the VM.
Session timeout settings:
Check the session timeout settings for Azure virtual desktops. By default, if a session is inactive for a period of time (e.g., 15 minutes), it may be automatically disconnected.
If needed, you can adjust these settings to extend the session hold time.
Check user profiles:
Verify that there are no problems with the user's profile (e.g., roaming profile or local profile).
Sometimes a corrupt user profile can cause desktop shortcuts to disappear or other problems.
Try creating a new profile for the affected user to see if the problem persists.
