How can I move multiple files within a single folder in azure data lake to a new folder using scala? All files must be moved in one go.

To better assist you, could you please tell me which service you are using scala in? I am aware of at least three services which support scala (Databricks, HDInsight, Synapse). The implementation details may vary depending upon environment.
There are also other services which can be used to move multiple files, without using scala.
Could you please detail what you mean by "in one go"?
I could imaging it to mean "I want to run one command to do it all, instead of writing each command separately" or "all files must succeed in being moved. If one fails, rollback (delete from destination) the ones that have already been moved" -
