As Kapil Arya mentioned, you can turn on this feature for text suggestions by turning on the option "Show text suggestions when typing on a physical keyboard" in the typing interface. You may also want to turn on "Automatically correct misspelled words" if you want Windows to automatically correct spelling errors.

Open the Settings app > Time & language > Typing.
Turn on Show text suggestions when typing on the physical keyboard option. Should enable suggestions for on-screen keyboard as well, I believe.
