Some I know they are not getting notifications from the authenticator app, they try to sign in but can't on the authenticator app.

Question

They deleted their authenticator app and when they redownloaded it, they are not getting notifications and they can't sign into their email. They check their setting and they look how they are suppose to. This is a school email. They can't sign into their email on the authenticator app either.
