How to publish MAUI Blazor Hybrid App ?

Hi,
Learning MAUI Blazor Hybrid App Development. Just created a default App and trying to test publishing steps.
I am doing all steps properly mentioned in this URL https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/maui/windows/deployment/publish-visual-studio-folder?view=net-maui-8.0
Visual Asserts are also there
As you can see from screenshot below, installation is also successful. but when I click on app, it just does not run.
Any pointers? Please.

You can create an empty MAUI blazer Hybrid App without placeholder images. Is that working?

.NET Ver selected while creating project is .net8.0Surprisingly Event viewer has nothing related to my app.
Any other clues ?
