Hi all, I am using an Exchange 2016 hybrid environment. We create users on-premises and then migrate them online. My users receive emails from an external address, lets say ******@somedomain.com is the address. Although the emails from this sender are genuine, most of my users suspect them to be spam. Is it possible to change the sender email address from ******@somedomain.com to ******@mydomain.com for this particular sender, so that my users see the email as coming from ******@mydomain.com. Is it possible to do by transport rule please guide me.

Hi@ Rising Flight

Thank you for connecting with us in Microsoft community.

Unfortunately, mail flow does not have the ability to change email addresses, as this would affect the security of the email.
