Hello,

I have setup AVD using personal subscription for learning. Due to some reasons, I am unable to login to Windows 11.

Tried call the steps suggested to resolve the issue including rebuilding vm.

Any inputs would be helpful.

what happens if you try to login? Any error messages, screenshots or anything more specific than "I am unable to login to Windows 11"?

Hi @Abhishek Girme ,

the Failure Reason "Unknown user name or bad password" could be pointing to a wrong format of the username, if the user account exists in Entra ID and the password is the right one.

Which format of login name are you using? It should be the User Principal Name format -> ******@xyz.onmicrosoft.com
