Cross Tenant Access Settings not allowing external sharing in OneDrive & SharePoint

We have enabled B2B Collaboration - Inbound Access in the Cross Tenant Access Settings for an external domain. Once done, we are not able to share any file with that external domain user and received message - "Couldn't resolve user - <username>".

    I understand that you are unable to share the OneDrive file to your external domains and your getting error message couldn't resolve user - <username>.

    Could you please check the below.

    For people outside your organization to sync shared libraries and folders you need to follow the requirements External sharing must be enabled for your organization.
