Hi ,My account is blocked microsoft and unable to schedule the exam

Question

My exam was scheduled for today 2nd aug 2024 at 4:15 PM IST

exam is > PL300

due to some technical issue was my exam got cancelled without any further reason

and the voucher i was trying to use it now , its not working anymore , when I spoke with PearsonVue , got to know that voucher code is active and can be use to schedule it again but it shows that my account is blocked >>

your account is blocked from 31st july 2024

this is done by Microsoft , program manager blocked the account

kindly assist on it
