Been happening for a while, but ignored the issue, as it only happened every now and then to start with, and ended up getting around it by restarting when it froze, but now it happens every time i try to boot the computer
I have tried reinstalling windows (when i could get into the pc, but this caused a restart, wich means the pc would just freeze again when it tried restarting. I have also tried all the other troubleshooting solutions that are online: replacing ram, motherboard, drives, unplugging all usb, trying to boot with the bare minimum components, and still no luck.
I can access the bios uninterrupted, but its just when i save, or start to boot windows that it freezes on the loading circle thing (cant remember its name)
I have a suspicion that it is the cpu that is the issue, but am not 100%, and want to get some more feedback and suggestions before i just go out and buy a new processor.
any assistance will be greatly appreciated

Hello
It sounds like you've already tried a lot of troubleshooting steps. Here are a few additional suggestions that might help:
Check for Hardware Issues: Since you suspect the CPU might be the issue, you could try running a hardware diagnostic tool to check the health of your CPU and other components. Tools like Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool or AMD Ryzen Master can help you with this.
Boot in Safe Mode: Try booting your PC in Safe Mode. This can help you determine if the issue is related to a driver or software conflict. If your PC boots successfully in Safe Mode, you can then try to identify and remove the problematic software or driver.
Check for BIOS Updates: Sometimes, updating the BIOS can resolve compatibility issues with hardware. Check the manufacturer's website for any available BIOS updates for your motherboard.
Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE): You can try using the Windows Recovery Environment to repair your system. This includes options like Startup Repair, System Restore, and Command Prompt for advanced troubleshooting.
Last Known Good Configuration: This option can help you revert to the last known good configuration of your system, which might resolve the boot issue.
Crash Dump Analysis: If your system is creating crash dump files, analyzing these files can provide insights into what might be causing the freezes. Tools like WinDbg can help you analyze crash dumps.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it might indeed be worth considering replacing the CPU, especially if the diagnostic tools indicate a problem with it.
