Enable App Password for Office 365 user

Hello, I am looking for the option to create an App Password for an office 365 user from Admin center, but I can't seem to find out. Is this the best approach?

There is no option for this in the Admin Center. App passwords are auto generated and can only be set by users. If your users aren't currently allowed to set them, you would need to enable that first.
