How to setup or change Blazor Server project to use a local network computer name instead of localhost

How do I setup a new Blazor Project to use a local network computer name with or alter one that uses localhost? Things on the web don't work on trying to alter. I have generated CA's for dev host, devhost.home.arpa, and installed on another computer test.home.arpa that I want to test the app. It is just about a deploy on the dev host maybe. Presently the test computer shows the localhost cert when accessing page.

Anonymous2024-08-05T02:37:22.0766667+00:00 Hi mwy, I‘m afraid that you are trying to visit your blazor server app in another machine to mock the operation after deploying the blazor server application. If so, I think this might don't make any sense before we decide how to deploy and where to host the application. For example, if we publish the blazor server application to Azure web app, we will get an URL like "https://xxx.azurewebsites.net", if we bought a public CA for this application, we just need to configure in Azure portal so that we can use the corresponding domain for this application.
In another scenario, if we publish the blazor server application in IIS in a win server 2022 machine, we just need to add the certificate when set site-binding configuration.
If you just want to do a configuration for test purpose, we need to change the launchsetting configuration in the project if we just want to run the application via VS. Then we also need to make sure the current machine could be accessed by another machine, this requires to set the firewall configuration. Finally, we need to manage the host config file in c:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts for DNS analysis.
Please correct me if I misunderstood your requirement.

Could you please help check whether this document helped your not? Per my understanding, it looks like you are now still working in Visual Studio and want to change certificate configuration, which Kestrel configuration might be helpful to you.
