A few weeks ago we implemented in-place archiving for one mailbox.
The user now states that many sticky notes from Outlook are now missing.
He uses Microsoft 365 Apps for business (ver 2406) on a windows 10 laptop.
I have checked the 'Notes List' option in the Outlook app and can see an entry for 'Notes - Online Archive' as well as 'Notes - Archives' but the missing notes aren't there.
I tried a fresh Outlook profile - same results.
I tried to search for notes in Purview Content Search using the file extensions of 'sqlite' but it found nothing.

For better research, please provide more details about this case:
Is the note only partially missing?
Can it be retrieved in the Outlook search box?
What's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.
Also, please try to check if you can find the note from OWA.
