Why cant you use the ND series for virtualisation, when the P40 has a NVENC Encoder?

    @PYCEN Apologies for all the delay in response and all the inconvenience caused because of the issue.

    I got below response from our Product Group team:

    Graphics/visualization requires a paid GRID/Quadro license from Nvidia. Azure offers a license bundled with the NVv1/v3 and NCasT4_v3 series VMs. Any other Nvidia GPU VM SKU on Axure like the ND-series requires customers to either bring their own GRID license or buy marketplace image from Nvidia .
