Azure OpenAI 503 service unavailable and timeouts

Question

Hi,

We're facing abnormal amount of HTTP timeouts and sometimes 503 errors "Service unavailable" whilst calling OpenAI service.

• Model name: gpt-35-turbo-16k
• Region: France Central

We are well below our token limit and there seems to be no issues reported on Azure's Service Health page.

I'd recommend opening a ticket with Azure Support:
