Teams - Background Default

Hi! I found a post from this summer (2020) that said the background default was a now an enabled feature. When I clicked the provided link to learn more it brought me to the change your background page with no instruction on the default feature. Is this something that is now live? Is it still being worked on? Are there limits or Admin settings that could be restricting this capability to our users?

I’m happy to share that the default background feature is live. The background you choose will now persist in all of your meetings and calls, until you decide to change it.

    Hi @Kullmann, Chrissy ,

    In my experience, Microsoft launched controls for IT admins to restrict the use of background effects. This is controlled via the New-CsTeamsMeetingPolicy and Set-CsTeamsMeetingPolicy cmdlets within the Skype for Business Online PowerShell module and are available through the new VideoFiltersMode.
