I have a license with my school account. Currently, programs such as Excel and PowerPoint are available on the website. But the problem is the app. I installed and opened the Microsoft 365 app. A window pops up asking for a license. It seemed like I was using an account other than my school account, so I clicked ‘Log in with another account.’ Then I entered my school account, entered my password, and pressed the ‘Confirm’ button. I entered the correct password, but the password input window just blinked and did not proceed to the next window. So, I clicked the 'OK' button twice and it seemed like I was moving on to the next window. However, instead of moving on to the next window, a white window appeared. I waited a few minutes to see if it was loading, but the window didn't change. Also, there was no loading sign in the white window. So even though I canceled everything and repeated this situation again, this was never resolved.
Can’t I download and use the app with my school account? If not, what on earth is this situation?
