I am experiencing issues with a blue screen on Windows 10. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps, including a successful system restore, but I still can't boot and start up Windows. Could you please provide me with the correct way to boot without reimaging Windows?

Power on your computer and as soon as the Windows logo appears, press and hold the power button to force a shutdown. Repeat this process 2-3 times until you see the "Preparing Automatic Repair" screen.

Once on the Automatic Repair screen, select Advanced options.

Navigate to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings.

    Click on Restart.

When your computer restarts, you'll see a list of options. Press F4 to boot into Safe Mode.

Boot into the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) as you did when accessing Safe Mode.

Navigate to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Repair.

Open Command Prompt in Safe mode and type the following commands:

    sfc /scannow

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    Hello,

Start the system by using the installation media for the installed version of Windows.

On the Install Windows screen, select Next > Repair your computer.

    Then select Recovery Options screen.
