Transferring a subscription requires downtime to complete the process.
I will recommend waiting a bit more to see if it completes, if that is not the case maybe test it thus:
az account list
If from this you see it exists, then Try a different browser/InPrivate browser to login.
Sometimes, role assignments can be affected during moves. check you have the correct role assignments (like Owner or Contributor) on the subscription after the move.
