I had the same error with Teams.
I fixed it by signing into the web version of Teams and then signing back into the desktop version.
Microsoft Teams Version:
Operating System: Linux Mint 20.1

You could try the solution provide by jat-6086.
Does this issue persist all the time? Or what changes do you do before it happened?
To exclude account side issue, you could make sure if it can log in Teams with other clients, such as web app or windows desktop client.
If there is no issue on other clients, remove cache folder and try again:
rm -r ~/.config/Microsoft/Microsoft\ Teams\ -\ Insiders
