I cleaned my cell phone to make it faster, I reinstalled the Microsoft application to get my passwords, I logged in correctly, everything was fine, the account entered, but when trying to access my backup it always says that it is not possible to log in and I have I have to try later, I tried everything, including turning the phone off and on, deleting and reinstalling the APP, but in the end it still doesn't allow me to log in, please help.
