Stuck in verification loop?

When attempting to sign up for an Imagine student account - after receiving the verification email (at my .edu account) and clicking on it to verify, the system is looping back to the verification page again. I tried to walk through the same form and the same thing happens. Not sure what is happening. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I will recommend the steps here:

    Clear the cache and delete Internet cookies.

    Reset your browser settings to defaults.

    Ensure that the verification link in the email is not expired or broken. Sometimes, clicking on a link that has been reused or is outdated can cause issues.

    Try a Different Browser or Incognito Mode
