All of my tabs disappeared. Then I clicked on Microsoft edge again and they asked if I wanted to restore my tabs so I clicked restore tabs and it still didn't open up my old tabs. So is there no way to open my old tabs now?

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

It looks like you're having a problem with Microsoft Edge where all your tabs have suddenly disappeared and even trying to restore them doesn't work. Here are some possible solutions to try to restore your lost tabs:

    1. In Edge, you can try to restore recently closed tabs using the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + T (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + T (Mac). Repeat this key combination until all recently closed tabs are restored.
    2. You can also use Ctrl + H (Windows) or Cmd + Y (Mac) to open the history page. Find the website you visited before and try to reopen it from there.
    3. If the browser crashes, Edge sometimes asks you if you want to restore the session before the crash when it starts.

If you miss this prompt, you can try closing and reopening the browser to see if this prompt appears again.

    1. Restart the browser: Sometimes simply restarting the browser can help restore lost tabs.

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best Regards,

    Yanhong Liu
