Remote Desktop Connection Performance Issues with Multiple Connections

Issue Description: I have multiple hosts connected to the same switch. I want to use one of these hosts to connect to and monitor all the other hosts using the Remote Desktop Connection feature at same time. The remote hosts are running games.

Current Problem: As the number of connections increases, the display in the connection windows becomes increasingly laggy. I am unsure of the cause of this issue. It could be due to the network cables, network cards, switch, or my home internet plan. I need guidance on how to resolve this issue to achieve my requirements.

Current Setup:

Number of Connections: Up to 3 hosts, with smooth performance when connected to three. Adding more connections causes lag (lag is in the control window, not in the actual game running on the remote host). CPU, Memory, and GPU Usage: Both the controlling and controlled computers have CPU, memory, and GPU usage below 50%. Controlling Computer OS: Windows 11 Pro Controlled Computers OS: Windows 10 Pro Network Configuration: 1000M Gigabit network cards, 1000M gigabit network cables,1000M gigabit router ports, 300 Mbps internet plan(I don't think subscription plans are a weakness because they are games, not downloads; But it's also possible, after all, I'm not a professional) My Assumption: I suspect that the bandwidth usage per remote window is too high, but I am not certain. I am seeking to diagnose the issue and would appreciate suggestions for configuration adjustments or hardware upgrades.

    Hello,

You can attempt to adjust your frame rate limit by following the provided link:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-server/remote/frame-rate-limited-to-30-fps

However, I believe there are no public settings available to adjust your bandwidth limit.

I think I understand the issue; it seems to be related to bandwidth limitations.
Is it possible to artificially limit the bandwidth and frame rate of remote windows during connection so that my multiple windows have a more consistent refresh rate?
I conducted a small experiment where four computers simultaneously opened and played videos at double speed, resulting in stuttering. It appears to be exceeding the bandwidth limit. The scheduling pattern observed was that each window would suddenly play the video while the playback speed of other windows would slow down, cycling in this manner.
I hope to achieve more evenly distributed bandwidth scheduling. Are there any good software or hardware solutions for this?
